I realize a lot of testimonials start out by telling you how
much they have lost. But I want to tell you about all the
things I’ve gained since starting Zumba with Monica and
Claudia in January 2010. Let me just tell you, I hate
exercise…but I LOVE Zumba! It has changed my life and
my attitude about activity! I have not only gained more
energy and self confidence, but also a lot of new friends,
increased balance and coordination. We all know there
are many health benefits of becoming more active but it’s
hard to make time in our busy lives. Now that I’ve found
Zumba I MAKE time! In fact, I feel incomplete & sad
anytime I have to miss class!
When I first tried Zumba in January 2010 the Zumba
Ladies were only offering 1 class per week in Fayetteville. I
was hooked after the first class. The music just makes
your body move…in fact, it’s more of a challenge to stand
still! Also, I was self conscious about my size and how out
of shape I was. Monica and Claudia are so patient and
encouraging! Believe me, all ages, all sizes and all levels of
fitness are welcome! You can make Zumba as little or as
much as you need. It’s just the most fun (and the most
sweat) I’ve ever had! Oh, by the way, doing Zumba and
following a balanced diet (Weight Watchers) since January
2010 I have LOST 41 pounds and A LOT of inches!
If exercise isn’t your thing I challenge you to
come join us just once and see if you get hooked
too!
